GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller identification
This online store, accessible through this website (the "Store"), is operated by Salvatore Sorrentino, NIE Y5848029V, with address at Calle Tembleque 92, 28024 Madrid, Spain, under the trading name TrazoraMoto ("TrazoraMoto" or "we"). 2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of products through the Store by consumers. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and have read and accepted these terms, together with the Returns and Refunds Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy Policy, which form part of the contract. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your order.
3. Products
We sell a kit of two decorative LED projectors for motorcycles, with their brackets and wiring. The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photos and illustrations show the product and its effect for guidance only: the size, colour and intensity of the projected image may vary depending on the surface, ambient light and mounting height. Availability is subject to stock.
4. Product use and traffic regulations
The projectors are a decorative accessory, not type-approved as a vehicle lighting or signalling device. They are designed to be used with the motorcycle stationary, for example at shows, meetups or on private property. Traffic and vehicle type-approval rules may prohibit their use while riding on public roads, and their installation may be considered a vehicle modification. The buyer is solely responsible for installing them and using them in accordance with the rules in force in their country. TrazoraMoto is not liable for fines, failed roadworthiness inspections or damage resulting from use contrary to this clause or from incorrect installation. We recommend having them installed by a qualified workshop.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are final: they include VAT and any other applicable tax. Shipping to the destinations listed in the Shipping Policy is free. The applicable price is the one shown in the Store when you confirm your order. In the event of an obvious and unequivocal pricing error, we will inform you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
6. Purchase process
- Add the product to your cart and click "Checkout".
- Enter your contact details and delivery address.
- Choose a payment method and review the order summary; before paying you can correct any errors in your details.
- Click the payment button, which implies an obligation to pay.
The contract is concluded when you receive your order confirmation by email. That email contains your purchase summary and a link to these terms, which remain stored and accessible in the Store. The contract may be concluded in Spanish, Italian or English, depending on the language you browse in; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed securely through the Shopify platform and its payment providers; TrazoraMoto does not store your full card details. You are charged when you confirm your order.
8. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped, by writing to trazorastore@gmail.com. Once shipped, the withdrawal procedure applies. We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or signs of fraud; in that case we will refund everything you paid.
9. Delivery
Delivery times, destinations and conditions are governed by the Shipping Policy.
10. Right of withdrawal and guarantees
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, our 90-day commercial satisfaction guarantee and the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity, under the terms set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. You can withdraw through the Store's "Withdraw from a purchase" function, by email to trazorastore@gmail.com or through the Store's chat.
11. Liability
TrazoraMoto is liable to you in accordance with consumer protection law. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, by use of the product other than as intended or contrary to traffic regulations, or for interruptions to the Store due to causes beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular liability for defective products.
12. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos, the TrazoraMoto brand and the design of the Store belong to TrazoraMoto or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without our prior written consent.
13. Data protection
We process your personal data to manage your order and the related legal obligations, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. You will find full details in our Privacy Policy.
14. Customer service and complaints
You can send us any question, complaint or claim at trazorastore@gmail.com or through the Store's chat. We will acknowledge receipt and reply as soon as possible and, at the latest, within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection authorities in your country or the European Consumer Centre.
15. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of your place of residence as a consumer.
