Withdrawal form

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. You can do so in three ways:

• Using the Withdraw from a purchase function, from your order in your account.
• By writing to trazorastore@gmail.com or through the chat on our website.
• By emailing us this form. Using it is not mandatory.

When we receive your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and, by email, the address to which you should return the product. You can find all the details in our Refund policy.
